Interventions

Group L (low dose naborphine group):Intravenous injection of 0.1mg/kg naborphine with the same volume as group C
Group M (medium dose naborphine group):Intravenous injection of 0.2mg/kg naborphine with the same volume as group C
Group H (high dose naborphine group):Intravenous injection of 0.3mg/kg naborphine with the same volume as group C
Group C (normal saline control group):Intravenous injection of 10ml normal saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative electrocardiogram was normal; 2. No organic cardiovascular disease before surgery; 3. No neurological or psychological diseases; 4. No allergy or history of adverse drug use to nalbuphine or other opioid analgesics; 5. Preoperative cardiac and lung function, liver and kidney function and electrolytes were normal; 6. Agree to cooperate with the completion of this test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with electrolyte abnormalities before surgery; 2. Patients taking drugs that induce changes in cardiac electrical conduction (antiarrhythmic drugs, beta-receptor blockers, antidepressants, phenothiazines, macrolides, etc.); 3. Patients with diabetes and other endocrine diseases; 4. Pregnant patients; 5. Patients with thyroid related diseases; 6. Recent poor rest, overwork and other poor state; 7. Those who did not sign the study.
