Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for obsessive-compulsive disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition (DSM-?); 2. Total score of Yale-Brown compulsion Scale (Y-BOCS) >=16, Hamilton depression scale (HAMD-17) <18; 3. Aged 18 ~ 55 years, right-handed, junior high school or above; 4. Did not take SRIs before enrollment; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to any MRI scans; 2. History of organic brain disease and major physical disease; 3. Evidence of drug dependence and use of psychoactive substances; 4. Meet the diagnostic criteria for personality disorder of DSM-IV axis II.
