Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. >=3 embryo transfer failures after transfer of at least three good-quality embryos; 2. The woman was under the age of 40 years old when the eggs are retrieved; 3. There are >=1 good-quality blastocysts that can be transferred(D5/D6); 4. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uterine diseases that clearly affect the shape of the uterine cavity or endometrial receptivity, such as uterine malformation, submucosal fibroids, intramural fibroids protruding into the uterine cavity, history of endometrial tuberculosis and endometrial hyperplasia, untreated hydrosalpinx and intrauterine adhesion etc.; 2. Chromosomal abnormalities in either spouse; 3. Recurrent miscarriage (>= 2 clinical pregnancy miscarriages); 4. Endomembrane <6mm on the day of transformation; 5. Those with contraindications to endometrial scratching, pregnancy or assisted reproductive technology.
