Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. No drugs affecting blood glucose were used within 1 month before enrollment; 4. Informed consent of patients and their families to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe psychosis and other types of neurosis; 2. Complicated with definite endocrine diseases or diseases of heart, lung, brain, kidney and other important organs; 3. Take medications that clearly affect blood glucose; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients.
