Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For children who are scheduled to undergo external ear reconstruction with costal cartilage transplantation in our hospital, 3 (6th, 7th, 8th rib) cartilages were used; 2. Aged 5-12 years, body mass index (BMI) : 19-25, ASA? - ?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of long-term use of analgesics (e.g., opioids, acetaminophen, or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs); 2. History of abnormal coagulation; 3. Allergic to the proposed drug; 4. Skin infection at the puncture site of nerve block; 5. Patients with less or more than 3 costal cartilages; 6. Patients with speech and mental disorders and unable to complete pain score and postoperative recovery quality score.
