Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years, no gender limit; 2. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus (the inclusion criteria for diabetes are based on the diagnostic criteria for diabetes proposed by the WHO Expert Committee on Diabetes in 2005); 3. Good blood sugar control and normal peripheral vascular condition, indicating good local blood supply; 4. The Tinel sign is positive at the nerve compression site. There is numbness and pain in tapping the nerve in the nerve misshapen area; 5. Patients without serious complications and other serious diseases without absolute contraindications for surgery; 6. Patients were informed and volunteered to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic ketoacidosis, non-ketotic hyperosmolar coma; 2. Patients with malignant tumor; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients; 4. Other diseases or mental disorders that researchers believe may limit the evaluation of efficacy or follow-up of patients, making it difficult for the study to be completed successfully; 5. Those considered unsuitable by researchers.
