Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged <18 years receiving invasive mechanical ventilation in PICU of Liangjiang Hospital, Children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University; 2. The guardian agrees to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Invasive mechanical ventilation due to upper airway obstruction; 2. Congenital diaphragmatic hernia or diaphragmatic paralysis; 3. Mechanical ventilation time <24 hours; 4. Cyanotic congenital heart disease; 5. Primary pulmonary hypertension; 6. Neuromuscular diseases.
