Interventions

Control group:Intraoperative infusion of 0.3ug/kg/min remifentanil was maintained and NSAIDs were not given
Experimental group:Remifentanil 0.3ug/kg/min was maintained during the operation, and flurbiprofen axetil 1mg/kg was intravenously injected at the beginning and the end of the operation

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years; 2. Male; 3. Elective corneal transplantation under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious systemic diseases (dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organs); 2. Chronic systemic diseases associated with poor control (such as hypertension, diabetes, etc.); 3. Ophthalmic diseases caused by hereditary diseases or chromosomal genetic diseases; 4. The presence of mental illness or cognitive impairment affecting somatosensory tests; 5. Long-term use of sedatives, analgesics or antidepressants; 6. History of chronic pain; 7. History of drug and alcohol abuse; 8. Have taken immunosuppressive drugs in the last three months; 9. History of allergy to narcotic drugs (propofol, opiates, etc.); 10. Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigators.
