Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years; 2. Can cooperate with the improvement of cranial magnetic imaging examination, cognitive function, gait, mood, bowel and other evaluation tests; The clinical manifestations and head imaging were consistent with the diagnostic criteria of CSVD; 3. Can cooperate to complete 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure follow-up work; 4. Be able to understand the content and nature of screening, voluntarily participate in and sign the Informed Consent Document.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive function decline, gait disturbance, and white matter demyelination caused by severe stroke events such as massive cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Patients suffering from chronic neurodegenerative diseases, intracranial infections, craniocerebral trauma, central nerve vasculitis, brain tumors, metabolic encephalopathy, etc., resulting in neurological impairment and decreased ability of daily living; 3. Intracranial and extracranial arterial stenosis >=50%; 4. Patients with serious internal medicine system diseases complicated with liver function, renal insufficiency, and coagulation disorder cannot cooperate with the examination.
