Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People aged 40 to 79 years without gastrointestinal symptoms, no gender limit, need to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Within one year since the last gastroscopy; 2. History of subtotal gastrectomy; 3. Take PPI (Esomeprazole, pantoprazole, Rabeprazole, Lansoprazole, etc.) or H2 receptor antagonist (Famotidine, etc.) within 2 weeks; 4. Have one or more of the following symptoms: (1) Iron deficiency anemia within 6 months; (2) Gastrointestinal bleeding (black stool, bloody stool, etc.) within 12 months; (3) Weight loss (weight loss >=4.5Kg within 6 months for reasons other than weight loss); (4) Frequent diarrhea; (5) Difficulty swallowing or choking; (6) Abdominal mass; 5. History of any of the following diseases: esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, polyposis, inflammatory bowel disease, malignant tumors of other organs (breast, ovary, uterus, and urinary system, etc.); 6. Imaging, tumor markers and other examinations highly suspect the possibility of cancer; 7. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency, or severe mental illness.
