Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient has been diagnosed with active or inactive thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy and needs to receive surgical treatment of orbital decompression; 2. Patient is willing to receive and requires the surgical treatment; 3. Written informed consent of surgery and biological sample donation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient has surgery contraindications such as severe function failures of heart, liver or kidney; 2. Diabetes or other autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, and mental diseases; 3. Lack of self-recognition; 4. Positive pregnancy test.
