Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With clear surgical indications (limited to obese and metabolic syndrome patients conforming to surgical indications), laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy is intended to be performed. 2. Aged range from 18 to 60 years, gender is not limited. 3. BMI > 28kg/m^2. 4. ASA ? and ?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient did not agree to participate in the study or did not sign the informed consent. 2. The patient also participated in other clinical studies. 3. Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in the experiment. 4. Abnormal coagulation function: patients with history such as hemophilia. 5. Patients with heart valve disease, severe pulmonary hypertension and other serious cardiovascular diseases. 6. Patients with severe chronic liver and kidney function injury. 7. Patients with neuromuscular dysfunction. 8. Patients with chronic pain. 9. Patients with preoperative complications such as pneumonia and upper respiratory tract infection. 10. Patients who are deaf, dumb, mentally disabled, mentally ill and can't communicate with each other.
