18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CHF patients caused by various reasons; 2. Meet the New York Heart Association (NYHA) grade II ~ IV; 3. Adults aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had a planned 180-day heart failure readmission; 2. Lack of important and prognostic data; Severe valvular heart disease; 3. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Malignant tumors; 5. Poor treatment compliance and difficult follow-up; 6. Dementia.
