18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years, female, front-line nurses in our hospital; 2. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of acute abdominal operations (appendectomy, gallbladder resection, etc.) in the past 4 weeks; 2. Acute urinary tract infection in the past 4 weeks; 3. Anal surgery within the past 4 weeks; 4. History of early pregnancy in the past 4 weeks; 5. Acute pelvic inflammatory disease and other gynecological diseases in the past 4 weeks; 6. Those who have taken probiotics, prebiotics and proton pump inhibitors in the past 4 weeks; 7. Pregnant or lactating patients; 8. A long history of smoking and drinking; 9. Patients with definite liver, kidney, cardiopulmonary or mental diseases; 10. Patients with other diseases that may affect intestinal motility and urination-related symptoms; 11. Patients who refuse to participate in the study or do not cooperate with the study.
