Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe chronic pancreatitis requiring total pancreatectomy; 2. Patients with benign pancreatic lesions requiring partial pancreatectomy; 3. Meet the standard of organ transplantation donation; Age<60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes or non type 1 diabetes patients with fasting C-peptide<0.3nmol/L; 2. Portal vein thrombosis portal hypertension severe liver disease; High-risk cardiopulmonary disease and coagulation dysfunction and other surgical contraindications; 3. Known malignant pancreatic diseases; Alcoholism use of illegal drugs untreated and uncontrolled mental disease patients; 4. Systemic infection that is difficult to control (including tuberculosis active hepatitis, etc.); 5.Patients who are considered unsuitable by researchers.
