Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II; 2. Age 18-65; 3. 100 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery were selected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a history of cardiopulmonary disease; 2. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Have a history of hypertension, diabetes and stroke; 4. Have a history of alcoholism and drug abuse; 5. Patients with acid-base electrolyte imbalance and blood coagulation disorder before operation; 6. Those who have recently taken drugs that affect the cardiovascular system and adrenergic response; 7. Pregnant patients; 8. Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics.
