Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients suspected of blood flow infection, blood should be collected before antibiotic use; (patients with hematological tumors such as severe agranulocytosis and severe immunodeficiency); 2. After admission, enough blood can be taken for CMTs (traditional detection method) and two mNGS detection before and after optimization; 3. Complete clinical information can be obtained (including but not limited to clinical culture results and drug sensitivity test results).
