18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Fully understand the purpose and requirements of this study, sign the informed consent form and have good compliance. 2. Patients who meet one of the following conditions: 1) 18-75 years old; 2) BMI = 28, obese or overweight; 3) Patients who have to undergo surgery, have pulmonary nodules less than 2cm, have no infiltration or malignant manifestations and can wait 1-3 months according to the same expert.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications of smectide, such as medullary thyroid carcinoma and type 2 multiple endocrine tumor syndrome; 2. Diagnosed diabetes patients; 3. Patients who have been allergic to GLP-1 analogues in the past; 4. Pulmonary resection has been performed in the past; 5. Active enteritis or gastritis, gastrointestinal ulcer or bleeding, after gastrointestinal surgery; 6. Have been treated with GLP-1 analogues within 90 days; 7. Pregnancy or lactation; 8. Other malignant diseases that affect the survival of patients, such as severe immune diseases; 9. The situation that the investigators think is not suitable for recruitment.
