Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Class I - II; 2.BMI<30kg/m2 3. Age 30-60; 4. Thoracoscopic lobectomy; 5. The patient and his family refused to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are mentally abnormal and unable to cooperate; 2. Allergies to local anesthetic drugs; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. Those who enter ICU after operation; 5. The skin at the puncture site is infected or damaged; 6. Transfer to thoracotomy; 7. Nerve block losers.
