Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Han nationality, aged between 19 and 50, male and female; 2. Be healthy, have drunk alcohol at ordinary times, and have not drunk alcohol in the past half month; 3. Understand the whole research content, voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of alcohol allergy or have taken cephalosporin anti-inflammatory drugs in the past week; 2. Other neuropsychiatric diseases; 3. There are any physical diseases that are contraindicated by alcohol, including digestive system diseases (such as gastroesophageal reflux disease, peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, functional gastrointestinal disease, chronic constipation or diarrhea, liver disease, digestive system tumor, etc.), cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases, other chronic inflammatory diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis), and bacterial, fungal or viral infections in any part; 4. Subjects who refused to accept the test after drinking alcohol and did not have a high degree of cooperation during the experiment; 5. Pregnant, lactating or menstruating women.
