2 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Membranous or per.membranous ventricular septal defect of any size; 2. Age > 2 years old, weight > 14kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Supracristal or muscular ventricular septal defect; 2. Pulmonary artery systolic pressure (measured by echocardiography) = 60 mmHg; 3. Have a history of lung disease, right chest surgery or right pleural adhesion; 4. Complicated with cardiovascular disease or chronic disease; 5. Ventricular dysfunction (New York Heart Association function class III or IV; 6. Smaller children (<2 years old and/or weight<15 kg); 7. Pregnant women.
