Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged above 18 ; 2. Definite diagnosis of non-valvular atrial fibrillation; 3. able to read and fill the questionnaire or scale; 4. high risk of thromboembolic events; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Coagulation disorders; 2.Gravida or women in reproductive period; 3. Life expectancy shorter than 12 months; 4. Failure to provide informed consent (e.g. severe cognitive impairment); 5. Patients have been included in other ongoing clinical trials.
