18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 years old, generally in good condition before onset; 2. At least 2 of the following 3 criteria shall be met: clinical manifestation (epigastric pain), laboratory evidence (upper normal limit of serum amylase or lipase 3), CT, magnetic resonance (Mr) or ultrasound imaging manifestation of pancreatitis; 3. According to the revised Marshall score [23-24], organ failure involves one or more systems; 4. Attack within 2 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pancreatic tumor-associated pancreatitis; 2. The patient has other diseases with poor prognosis, and the predicted average survival period of these diseases may be less than one month, such as malignant tumor or serious cardiovascular disease; 3. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency before the onset of the disease.
