Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years; 2. It meets the indications for weight-loss metabolism surgery and has not yet undergone weight-loss metabolism surgery; 3. Type 2 diabetes group: type 2 diabetes was diagnosed more than half a year ago, HbA1c>7%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to weight loss and metabolism surgery; 2. There are thyroid or parathyroid diseases, chronic kidney disease and tumor diseases; 3. It is accompanied by other diseases of skeletal muscle system, such as rheumatoid arthritis; 4. There are contraindications to DXA, CT and MR examinations, such as: pregnant and lactating women, metal implants in their bodies, such as cardiac pacemakers, metal foreign bodies in the eyeball, claustrophobia, etc; 5. Use of drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as bisphosphonates, calcitonin, parathyroid hormone analogues, and long-term hormone application history; 6. Unable to understand the research protocol and refused to sign the informed consent form.
