35 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement; 2. Age 35-70; 3. ASA II - III; 4.BMI<28kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There was serious pulmonary infection before operation; 2. Atelectasis; 3. Intracranial hypertension; 4. Pneumothorax; 5. Bronchopleural fistula; 6. Preoperative PaO2 < 60 mmHg; 7. Pregnancy; 8. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); 9. Secondary thoracotomy; And refused to participate in the study.
