Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Acute ischemic stroke within two weeks of onset fulfill the definition of ESUS as followings: 1) non-lacunar cerebral infarctions confirmed by DWI; 2) no =50% atherosclerotic stenosis of intra- or extra- cranial artery within the same territory of cerebral ischemia; 3) no major cardiac embolic sources (including paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation, persistent atrial flutter, intracardiac thrombus, valve repair, cardiac tumors, mitral valve stenosis, myocardial infarction within four weeks, left ventricular ejection function<30%, valve vegetations or infective endocarditis); 4) no specific known stroke etiology (such as vasculitis, arterial dissection, migrane/vessel spasm, substance abuse).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications for 3 Tesla MR imaging; 2.without consents; or other situations not eligable for enrollment.
