Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been diagnosed as primary liver cancer by clinical diagnosis and have undergone TACE for the first time; 2. The age is 40-70 years; 3. Be able to understand and complete the mindfulness decompression therapy course and scale filling, and participate in cooperation voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of major diseases; 2. Family members conceal the fact of cancer from them and receive treatment in other hospitals halfway; 3. Those who have suffered other negative life events in addition to diseases in the past month, and have participated in other psychological interventions in the past three months.
