Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children (= 12 years old) undergoing right atrial ventricular septal defect repair under cardiopulmonary bypass in West China Hospital of Sichuan University; 2. Other simple malformations (such as atrial septal defect, patent foramen ovale, patent ductus arteriosus) can be combined or not.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Sub-stem ventricular septal defect combined with other serious cardiac abnormalities (such as complete transposition of the great arteries, double outlet of the right ventricle, persistent trunk of the artery, interruption of the aortic arch, aortic coarctation, etc.); 2. The patients with other heart diseases should be operated at the same time (such as severe mitral regurgitation, aortic regurgitation, etc.); 3. The patient refused to participate in the study.
