Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Brain CT or MRI diagnosis of cerebral infarction, with or without symptoms; 2. Middle cerebral artery stenosis >70% diagnosed by MRA, CTA or DSA, and responsible vessels; 3. Age 18-80.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, affecting the metabolism of statins or the use of contrast agents; 2. Severe blood disease leads to platelet dysfunction; 3. Failing to sign informed consent.
