Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 65 years; 2. ASA I-III; 3. Elective examination or operation under general anesthesia; 4. Body mass index (BMI) 18-30 kg/m2; 5. Sign the informed consent form, be able to accept the experimental method, and volunteer as the subject.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Remazolam is allergic or contraindicated; 3. Patients with preoperative disturbance of consciousness or chronic pain who use analgesics, psychotropic drugs and alcohol for a long time; 4. Have taken sedatives, antiemetics, antipruritic drugs 24 hours before operation or monoamine oxidase inhibitors or antidepressants within 15 days; 5. Any history of abnormal airway management of upper respiratory tract or respiratory insufficiency or sleep apnea that may cause dyspnea; 6. History of liver surgery, renal or liver insufficiency, gastrointestinal ulcer history or bleeding tendency; 7. Those who do not agree to participate or are participating in other drug trials; 8. Patients with tumor, serious cardio-cerebrovascular disease, etc.
