Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant hematological diseases; 2. Age 18-60; Body weight>40 kg; 3. 70g/L = HGB = 170g/L, 0.5 x 109/L = WBC = 20 x 109/L, PLT = 50x 109/L and no bleeding tendency; 4. No drugs affecting CYP3A4, CYP2C9 and CYP2C19 were taken within 14 days before the test; 5. No mental illness, smoking, drinking and other hobbies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The body temperature exceeds 37.0 ? or has signs of infection; 2. The liver function indicators ALT and AST increased and exceeded the upper limit of the normal range by 2 times or bilirubin exceeded the upper limit of the normal range; 3. Patients who cannot tolerate posaconazole or lucotinib.
