Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. Patients with breast cancer who have completed surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and are ready to be discharged; 3. Able to use mobile phones (Android or iOS) to access the Internet at home; 4.Contactable by telephone or email address; 5. Literate in Mandarin; 6. Not currently attending a psychosocial support group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrence of other cancers; 2. Concurrence of major psychiatric disorders.
