Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet PVS diagnostic criteria; 2. Age 18-60; 3. Body mass index (BMI) is between 18-25 kg/m2; 4. ASA classification ?-? Level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients with unstable hemodynamics; 3. People who are allergic to propofol and opiates; 4. History of metabolic disease, long-term use of central nervous system drugs or abuse of psychotropic drugs.
