Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Exposed group: surgical patients who accept general anesthesia in Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University from April 2022 to April 2023, and had a history of preoperative sleeping pills used; 2. Un-exposed group: patients undergoing surgery who had never taken sleeping pills and accept the same anesthesia induction regimen during the same time period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses to sign the informed consent form and withdraws halfway; 2. Patients with primary diseases that have a greater impact on GABA pathway (such as thyroid diseases, nervous system diseases, psychosis, autoimmune diseases, etc.); 3. Patients who take other drugs that have a greater impact on GABA pathway; 4. Patients who are inconvenient to record EEG during operation; 5. Patients with a history of dependence on analgesics and alcoholism; 6. Patients with BMI index24.
