Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All adult STEMI patients with multiple infarct-related artery disease who had received successful PCI (direct PCI, salvage PCI, or drug intervention PCI); 2. Adult patients with exertional angina and angiographic evidence of at least one coronary artery stenosis in 40-80% of lesions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemodynamic instability (cardiogenic shock); 2. Prior coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) or PCI, coronary artery calcification or chronic complete occlusion, criminal disease failure of PCI, and referral to CABG; 3. Persistent wheezing with bronchospasm of lung disease or a history of significant reactive airway; 4. Severe liver insufficiency or renal impairment requiring hemodialysis treatment; 5. Second or third degree ATrioventricular block and pathological sinus syndrome without pacemaker implantation; 6.Dipyridamole containing drugs within 6.48 hours; 7. Tumor patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 8. Refused to participate in the study; 9. Participate in other clinical studies at the same time.
