Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-80 years with a diagnosis of sepsis (SOFA = 2 points) and systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg who have not been resuscitated with corticosteroids, blood or blood products.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age80; 2. Severe acute craniocerebral injury (GCS score<5); 3. After cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation; 4. Patients with autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, asthma or multiple sclerosis) or long-term use of glucocorticoid; 5. AIDS; 6. Acute stroke, myocardial infarction or recently infected viral hepatitis; 7. Use hormone or immunosuppressant in the last 3 months; 8. After transplantation of parenchymal organs or stem cells; 9. Patients who did not collect blood within 24 hours after the diagnosis of sepsis was confirmed.
