Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet Williams diagnostic criteria for atopic dermatitis; 2. SCORAD score = 25 points; 3. Those with complete follow-up records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Those who have active chronic or acute infection 2 weeks before treatment and need to use systemic antibiotics, antiviral drugs, antiparasitic or antifungal drugs for treatment; 3. Have a history of serious systemic diseases or malignant tumors; 4. Those who are allergic to any component of Duprizumab; 5. Poor compliance and failure to complete the established treatment plan and follow-up.
