Interventions

Personalized SBP Management Group:From the induction of ansthesia, continuous infusion of norepinephrine keeps SBP within ±10% of the baeseline.
General Management Group:When SBP is lower than 100mmHg, ephedrine or norepinephrine is given according to the anesthesiologist's personal preference.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged over 60 years; 2.Plan to perform hip replacement surgery under general anesthesia; 3.A history of hypertension requiring medication and stratified cardiovascular risk factors with high risk or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term uncontrolled high blood pressure(SBP=180mmHg and/or DBP=110mmHg); 2. Secondary hypertension; 3. Acute or decompensated heart failure / acute coronary syndrome; 4. Severe arrhythmia/Severe valvular disease; 5. Preoperative sepsis; 6. Long-term chronic elevation of troponin; 7. Refused to participate; 8. To conduct another experiment.
