Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients should be = 45 years old, meet one or more of the following criteria and undergo selective thoracoscopic pneumonectomy; 2. Coronary artery disease history, peripheral artery disease history, stroke history, and the following criteria meet two criteria (= 70 years old, congestive heart failure history, cerebrovascular disease history, diabetes history, hypertension history, smoking history, preoperative creatinine>2.0mg/dL).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Sepsis; 2.Preoperative use of positive inotropic drugs; 3.Severe heart failure (EF<30%); 4.History of asthma; 5.Long-term use of hormone drugs before operation.
