Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It complies with the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-10) diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence, with the first or relapse; 2. Male; 3. The age is 18-50 years old, in strict accordance with the matching principles of age, gender, nationality and education level; 4. No history of abuse of other psychoactive substances; 5. The hospital stay is more than 8 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with nervous and mental diseases and organic diseases such as heart, brain, liver and kidney; 2. Informed dissenters; 3. Those who cannot complete the cognitive test such as delirium are excluded. Dropout criteria: 1. Those who require to be discharged within 8 weeks for various reasons; 2. Patients with tremor paralysis syndrome and Wernicke encephalopathy occurred in the control group because vitamin B1 was not used.
