Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 7-12 who are healthy and without systemic diseases; 2. At the initial diagnosis, the tooth development was in Nolla7-9 stage, and the clinical diagnosis was irreversible pulpitis or periapical periodontitis; 3. The teeth with inflammatory pulp preservation treatment and permanent restoration according to the specifications; 4. The medical history shall be complete. The medical history record shall include the regular follow-up medical history of the child at 3, 6, 12 months after the operation and every 6 months thereafter (the set follow-up window period is ± 2 months), as well as the X-ray apices of the affected teeth taken by the parallel projection method.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The child has systemic disease or is allergic to drugs during operation; 2. The affected teeth have periodontitis or root fracture; 3. X-ray examination showed that the affected teeth had obvious apical cyst or excessive loss, and post and core crown repair was needed in the future.
