Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Test group inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence; 2. Male, 18-60 years old, Han nationality, with education level of primary school or above, right-handed; 3. No history of abuse of other psychoactive substances (except tobacco); 4. Normal vision or corrected vision; 5. If you haven't drunk alcoholic beverages in the past two weeks, you have completed two weeks of alcohol detoxification treatment in hospital; 6. The score of the clinical alcohol withdrawal rating scale is less than or equal to 3 points. Inclusion criteria of control group: 1. Male, 18-60 years old, Han nationality, with education level of primary school or above, right-handed; 2. No history of psychoactive substance abuse (except tobacco); 3. Normal vision or corrected vision; 4. Have not drunk alcoholic beverages in the past two weeks; 5. According to the WHO standard for healthy drinking, the average intake of pure alcohol per week is less than 210g, or those who do not drink at all.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have other psychiatric history; 2. Have a history of central nervous system disease or other major physical diseases; 3. Have a history of epilepsy; 4. Those who cannot cooperate or refuse to complete relevant treatment and examination; 5. Participate in any other alcohol-related research or test within the past 30 days; 6. Have used any prescription or over-the-counter drugs that may affect mood or alcohol craving within the past 30 days.
