18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Local residents who decide to have regular prenatal visits in Guangzhou; 2.Age =18 years; 3.Ultrasonic-confirmed viable intrauterine single pregnancy; 4.Tetween 12 to 15 weeks of gestation (based on the ultrasound); 5.Able to do exercise; 6.Able to read and communicate in Chinese; 7.Possess a mobile phone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are medical or midwifery restrictions on moderate intensity physical activities, including cervical insufficiency, rupture of fetal membrane, premature delivery, persistent vaginal bleeding, pre eclampsia, mild/moderate cardiovascular disease or respiratory disease, poor asthma control, diabetes out of control, hypertension out of control, uncontrolled thyroid disease, bone or joint problems may be caused by PA, placenta previa, symptomatic anemia, eating disorders Malnutrition and intrauterine growth restriction; 2. Suffering from mental illness or mental disorder; 3. In the early stage of pregnancy, they have been engaged in moderate intensity physical activity for more than 150 minutes every week; 4. Participate in other lifestyle plans/interventions.
