Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 29 days to 18 years old; 2.The location of the lesion confirmed by imaging is consistent with the symptoms and signs of acute or subacute onset neurological deficit; Clinically diagnosed cerebral infarction / cerebral hemorrhage / subarachnoid hemorrhage / venous sinus thrombosis; 3.Family members signed the informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Stroke without imaging examination or without imaging diagnosis.
