Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with abnormal electrocardiogram who underwent elective surgery in the First Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The age is less than 65; 2. Cardiac surgery; 3. Patients who undergo surgery again within 30 days after surgery; 4. Patients with normal ECG examination.
