Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selected from patients with aldosterone-producing adenoma (APA) and patients with idiopathic hyperaldosteronism (IHA) in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the primary aldosterone group who did not undergo AVS; 2. Cancer patients with expected life <6 months; 3. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Patients with serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, or abnormal liver function, AST or ALT greater than 2 times the normal value, and creatinine greater than the upper limit of the normal value; 5. Psychiatric patient.
