Oblique approach:Ultrasound guided continuous adductor canal block was performed by oblique approach.
Brachyaxis approach:Ultrasound guided continuous adductor canal block was performed by brachyaxis approach.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 or above; 2. Surgical type: unilateral total knee replacement for the first time; 3. ASA grade I to III; 4. Patients with BMI between 18 and 35 [BMI= weight (kg)/ height (m)2]; 5. In accordance with ethics, patients voluntarily take the test and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee revision surgery, bilateral surgery, single condyle surgery; 2. Patients with coagulation disorder, local anesthetic allergy, and abnormal skin in the puncture area; 3. Identify/suspect patients who have abused or self-administered narcotic sedatives and analgesics; 4. Patients with contraindications or allergies to test drugs and other anesthetic drugs; 5. Patients with related neuropathy; 6. Patients with a history of lumbar spine surgery; 7. Patients enrolled in other studies within 30 days.
