Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with comprehensive and language expression ability; 2. Chronic kidney disease with an eGFR between 15 and = 60 years of age,

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cachectic disease; 2. Proteinuria > 1 g/day; 3. Prior neurological disorders.
