Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 and 80 degree, supine position reverse bending flexibility < 30%; 3. Accept the first-stage operation of three-dimensional scoliosis correction + bone graft fusion + internal pedicle fixation; 4. Informed and agreed to participate in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of spinal surgery or combined with other spinal and intraspinal lesions; 2. Experienced multiple growth rod adjustments; 3. In the perioperative period, combined respiratory tract (with symptoms such as coughing and expectoration), urinary tract infection (with frequent urination and urgency), and other system infections; 4. Combined with congenital heart disease, genetic disease, and other system diseases; 5. Combined with severe complications of surgery (neurological complications, bleeding, cerebrospinal fluid leakage); 6. Combining mental illness cannot cooperate with follow-up.
