Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for healthy control group: (1) Aged over 18 years old; (2) The oral mucosa has no lesions and damage; (3) Whole body healthy HIV antibody-negative volunteers. 2. Inclusion criteria for HIV-infected patients: (1) The clinical confirmation test is positive for HIV antibody; (2) Aged over 18 years old; (3) No lesions and damage to the oral mucosa (except for pseudomembranous candidiasis); (4) HIV-positive patients in stages 0, 1, 2, and 3 did not receive ART; (5) Follow-up of PLWHA subjects: follow-up once after 3 months of ART treatment, to 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Untreated cavities, caries lesions, oral abscesses, and missing 8 or more teeth due to various reasons. 2. Patients with mucosal lesions or damage other than pseudomembranous candidiasis in the oral cavity; 3. Those who have received ART or other treatments; 4. Glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants and antibiotics have been used within 3 months; 5. Patients with systemic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, lung, diabetes, hypertension, and other immune system diseases; 6. Other tumors and mentally ill patients; 7. Those who did not sign the informed consent form.
